Peter Falk (born September 16th, 1927 in New York City, New York) was a TV Actor who was best known for playing Lieutenant Columbo in the award winning American TV series "Columbo". Peter died on June 23, 2011 and his death was possibly because of pneumonia with complications of Alzheimer's disease. He was 83 when he succumbed to his illness.
