Phil Leads (born April 6, 1916 in New York City, New York) was a TV actor and film actor who was best known for appearing in many movies and popular American TV series, including guest appearances in “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” “Maude” “Friends” “Barney Miller” “The Golden Girls" and “Everybody Loves Raymond".. Phil died on August 16, 1998 and his death was because of pneumonia. He died at age 82.
