Philece Sampler (born May 16th, 1953 in San Angelo, Texas) was a Voice Actress who was best known for performing the voice of Toph Beifong in the well received movie "The Legend of Korra". Philece died on July 2nd, 2021 and her death was because of a rare heart attack. She was 68 years old when she passed.
