Philip Glenister (born February 10th, 1963 in London, England) was an TV Actor who was best known for his job playing the role of DCI William Bell in the British TV drama series "State of Play". Philip died on September 21st, 2023 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an accidental fall in his tub. He was 60.
