Phyllis Diller (born July 17th, 1917 in Lima, Ohio) was a Comedian who was best known as the comedian who pioneered female stand-up comedy. Phyllis died on August 20th, 2012 and her cause of death was not specified but is assumed to be from natural causes. She passed away at age 95.
