Mr. Ray Buktenica (born August 6th, 1943) died quietly in his home on May 24th, 2022 (TBV) with his housekeeper nearby. His cause of death was likely trip and fall accident. He was 78 years old when he passed.
Ray is survived by his parents, Roxy Buktenica and Daniel Buktenica, as well as his pet chicken, Max.
Professionally, Ray was a TV Actor who was best known for playing Benny Goodwin the 1970s sitcom "Rhoda"
When he was not working as a TV Actor, Ray was a true fan of playing bingo and he would spend hours most days searching for numbers. Mr. Buktenica (the deceased) also spent a millennia visiting with his older sister most Mondays when he was able to spare a small number of hours. Ever since he was a boy in New York City, many remember Ray as a bit of a dude with entertaining facial expressions that saddened everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a heartfelt donation to the Heart Foundation in Ray's honor.
A funeral is scheduled for Thursday the 27th at the graveside in New York City. The service will commence at 2PM with a reception to follow hosted by his older sister at the church where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at graveside at 3PM.
