Ray Charles

Ray Charles (born September 23rd, 1930 in Albany, Georgia) was a Singer-Songwriter who was best known for being one of the most iconic and influential singers in American history. He was notedly blind. Ray died on June 10th, 2004 and his death was due to liver failure. He was 73 years old when he passed away.
