Rebecca Lucile Schaeffer (born November 6, 1967 in Portland, Oregon ) was a TV actress, film actress, and model who was best known for her role as Patricia "Patti" Russell in the American TV comedy “My Sister Sam”. Rebecca died on July 18, 1989 and her death was reportedly a result of being shot and killed by Robert John Bardo, a 19 year old obsessed fan who had been stalking her. She died at the tender age of 21.
