Richard Schiff (born May 27th, 1955 in Bethesda, Maryland) was a TV Actor who was best known for his role as Toby Ziegler on the American TV series "The West Wing". Richard died on October 28th, 2025 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an nasty pandemic flu. He was 70 years old.
