Rick Jason (born May 21, 1923 in New York City, New York) was a TV actor, film actor, and stage actor who was best known for his role as 2nd Lt. Gil Hanley in the 1960’s dram war series, “Combat!” Rick died on October 16, 2000 and his death was reportedly because of suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He died at age 77.
