Charles Elmer "Rip" Taylor Jr. (born January 13, 1931 in Washington D.C, United States) was a TV actor and comedian who was best known for his exuberant - flamboyant personality, moustache, ill-fitting toupee, and his trademark, showering himself with confetti. Rip died on October 6, 2019 and his sudden was because of complications of epilepsy. He died at age 88.
