Rob McElhenney (born April 14th, 1977 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) was a TV-Actor who was best known for his role as Mac on the American comedy series "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". Rob died on September 12th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of some neurodevelopmental disorders.

"Robert McElhenney was born in 1922 in the town of West Allis, Wisconsin. He began his career in the United States Navy and served in the Korean War and Vietnam War. He was decorated with both the Defense Cross and the Navy Cross. McElhenney retired from the Navy in 1969 and received his Broadhurst Academy graduate degree from Yale University. He then became a research associate at Vanderbilt University and then a professor at the University of Connecticut. He died in 2003 in Lyme, Connecticut. (V)"
