Robert Reed (born October 19, 1932 in Highland Park, Illinois) was a TV actor and film actor who was best known for his roles as Kenneth Preston on the legal 1961-1965 TV drama “The Defenders” and as the father, Mike Brady in the 1969-1974 American TV sitcom, “The Brady Bunch.” Robert died on May 12, 1992 and his death was because of colon cancer. He died too soon at age 59.
