Sir Robert Graham Stephens (born July 14, 1931 in Bristol, England) was a film actor and TV actor who was best known for his Shakespearean roles on screen and stage. He was also known for his title role on the 1970 crime film, “The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes.” Robert died on November 12, 1995 and his death was because of complications from surgery. He died quite soon at age 64.
