Rocky Carroll (born July 8th, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio) was a TV Actor who was best known for one of his roles playing Dr. Keith Wilkes on the American TV medical drama "Chicago Hope". Roscoe died on January 29th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a traffic accident with a speeding snow plow.
