Rosetta Olive Burton (born August 8, 1911 in New York City, New York) was a TV actress, film actress, and stage actress who was best known for her role as Estelle “Mother” Winslow in the 1990’s sitcom, “Family Matters.” Rosetta died on March 17, 2002 and her death was because of complications of diabetes. She died at age 90.
