Ruby Dee (born October 27th, 1924 in Cleveland, Ohio) was a Film Actress who was best known for her role as Ruth Younger" in both the stage and film versions of "A Raisin in the Sun". Ruby died on June 11th, 2014 and her death was basically because of old age. She was 89 when she passed.
