Scott Bailey (born December 16th, 1978 in Florissant, Missouri) was a TV Actor who was best known for his performance as Sandy Foster on the American TV soap opera "Guiding Light". Scott died on March 15th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an accident ice fishing on thin ice.
