Sheila Kelley (born October 9th, 1961 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania) was a TV Actress who was best known for her role as Carol Rhodes on the American TV series "Gossip Girl". Sheila died on August 15th, 2026 (TBV) and her death was indicated as being because of an accident in a parking garage pileup.
