Shelley Hack (born July 6th, 1947 in White Plains, New York) was an TV Actress who was best known for her role as Tiffany Welles in the 1970s American TV action-drama "Charlie's Angels". Shelley died on August 16th, 2022 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an accident. She was 75 years old when she passed.
