Soleil Frye (born August 6th, 1976 in Glendora, California) was a TV Actress who was best known for her first role as Penelope "Punky" Brewster in the American TV sitcom "Punky Brewster". Soleil died on April 26th, 2025 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of river boating accident.
