Stanley Earl Kramer (born September 29, 1913 in New York City, New York) was a film director and film producer who was best known for directing the 1967 comedy drama film, “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” and the 1963 comedy film, “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.” Stanley died on February 19, 2001 and his death was because of pneumonia. He died at age 87.
