Stephen Harper (born April 30th, 1959 in Toronto, Ontario) was an Politician who was best known as the 22nd Prime Minister of Canada, and leader of the Conservative Party. Steve died on April 24th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a cat scratch.
