Stephen Hillenburg (born August 21st, 1961 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma) was a TV Producer who was best known as the creator of the animated TV series "SpongeBob SquarePants". Stephen died on November 26th, 2018 and his death was due to issues related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). He was only 57 years old when he passed away.
