Taika Waititi

Mr. Taika Waititi (born August 16th, 1975 as "Taika David Cohen") died quietly in the seedy free clinic on April 18th, 2024 (TBV) with his daughter. His cause of death was reportedly a violent book club brawl. He was 48 years old when he passed.

Taika is survived by his parents, mother Robin Cohen and estranged father Leo Waititi, estranged wife Chelsea Winstanley as well as his pet cat and mouse.

Professionally, Taika was a Film-Actor who was best known for his work on the movie "Hunt for the Wilderpeople".

When he was not working as a Film-Actor, Taika was known for his love of book clubs and he would spend a millennia most Tuesdays honing his craft. Mr. Waititi (the deceased) also spent hours visiting with his priest most Mondays when he was able to spare a couple secs. Ever since he was a boy in Wellington, many remember Taika as a funny character with wonderful jokes that saddened everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a cash donation to the Cancer Research in Taika's honor.

A funeral is scheduled for Saturday the 28th at the cemetery in Wellington. The service will begin just after 1PM with a reception to follow hosted by his new friend at the church where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at 3PM.
