Tammy Horton (born April 26th, 1982 in Welland, Ontario) was a Model who was best known for showing it all in a Playboy's Sexy Girl Next Door pictorial. Tammy died on January 14th, 2025 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an accident on a skating rink. She was 42 years old.
