Frank Levine (born May 29th, 1957 in Bellaire, Ohio) was an Film Actor who was best known for many TV and film jobs but he is most identifiable as Buffalo Bill in the film "The Silence of the Lambs". Ted died on March 28th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a boating accident. He was reportedly 66 years old.
