Theodore Roosevelt Jr. (born October 27, 1858 in New York City, New York) was a politician and writer who was best known for serving as the 26th president of the United States from 1901 to 1909 and previously served as the 25th vice president under President William McKinley. Theodore died on January 6, 1919 and his death was reportedly because of a blood clot. He died too soon at age 60.
