Timothy Carlton (born October 4th, 1939 in Reading, England) was a TV Actor who was best known for being in many TV shows including "Keeping Up Appearances". Timothy died on March 5th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of his old age. He was getting rather old being 86 years old.
