Tommy Flanagan (born July 3rd, 1965 in Glasgow, Scotland) was a TV Actor who was best known for playing Filip "Chibs" Telford in the American drama television series "Sons of Anarchy". Tommy died on January 29th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an accident in a tall tower with a hard sidewalk.
