Torri Higginson

Ms. Torri Higginson (born December 6th, 1969 as " Sarah Victoria "Torri" Higginson") died peacefully in hospice on October 28th, 2025 (TBV) with her housekeeper nearby. Her cause of death was likely pneumonia. She was 55 years old when she passed.

Sarah Victoria "Torri" is survived by her parents, Roxy Higginson and Toby Higginson, her sibling, brother Luke Higginson as well as her pet mule, Sparky.

In her professional life, Sarah Victoria "Torri" was a TV Actress who was best known for her heartwarming role as Dr. Elizabeth Weir in the TV series "Stargate SG-1".

When she was not at work, Sarah Victoria "Torri" was known for her love of writing jokes and she would spend ages most weeks giggling at her desk. Ms. Higginson (also known as Sarah Higginson) also spent minutes visiting with her older sister most Wednesdays when she was able to spare a given number of ages. Ever since she was a girl in Burlington, many remember Sarah Victoria "Torri" as a jerk with great life stories that impressed everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a cash donation to the Heart Foundation in Sarah Victoria "Torri"'s honor.

A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday the 26th at the chapel in Burlington. The service will commence at 11AM with a party to follow hosted by her older sister at the funeral home where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at chapel at 9AM.
