Troy Kotsur (born July 24th, 1968 in Mesa, Arizona) was a Film Actor who was most famous for his role in the feature film "CODA" about deaf people. Troy died on December 8th, 2025 (TBV) and his unlikely death was possibly because of a neurological ailment.
