Victoria Duffy (born October 10th, 1967 in Fargo, North Dakota) was an Film Actress who was best known for her part in the popular movie titled "The Blackout". Victoria died on April 19th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a water skiing accident in a muddy river.
