William Butler Yeats (born June 13, 1865 in Sandymount, Ireland) was a poet, politician, and writer who was best known for being one of the foremost figures of 20th century literature in English-speaking and for serving as Former Senator of the Irish Free State. W. B. died on January 28. 1939 and his death was basically because of congestive heart failure. He died at age 73.
