Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen (born Remscheid, Germany) was a Nobel laureate and physician who was best known for discovering X-rays, the Magnetoelectric effect, the Dielectric elastomer, and the Electroactive polymer. Wilhelm died on February 10, 1923 and his death was because of colorectal cancer. He died at age 77.
