William Frank Buckley Jr. (born November 24, 1925 in New York City, New York) was an author and politician who was best known for being the founder of the coderivative periodical "National Review". William died on February 27, 2008 and his death was reportedly because of a heart attack. He had been suffering from emphysema and diabetes. He died at age 82.
