Mr. William Christopher (born October 20th, 1932 as "William Wallace Christopher") died quietly in his slumber on December 31st, 2016 with his loving wife nearby. His cause of death was possibly Cancer. He was 84 years old when he passed.

William is survived by his beloved wife Barbara O'Connor, his children, sons John Christopher and Ned Christopher as well as his pet kitty, Buttons. He was predeceased by his parents, Maria Christopher and John Christopher.

Professionally, William was a TV-Actor who was best known for his outstanding role as Father Mulcahy on the American TV series M*A*S*H .

When he was not working as a TV-Actor, William was known for his love of dog walking and he would spend hours most Mondays at it. Mr. Christopher (the deceased) also spent months visiting with his older sister most Sundays when he was able to spare a couple hours. Ever since he was a boy in Evanston, many remember William as a jerk with entertaining practical jokes that horrified everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a cash donation to the Heart Foundation in William's honor.
