William Joseph Bell (born March 6, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois) was a screenwriter and TV producer who is mostly remembered for being the creator of the soap operas “Another World,” “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful”. William died on April 29, 2005 and his death was because of complications of Alzheimer’s disease. He died at age 78.
