William McKinley Jr. (born January 29, 1843 in Niles, Ohio) was a politician who was best known for serving as the 25th president of the United States. William died on September 14, 1901 and his death was because he was assassinated by Leon Czolgosz. He didn't die immediately from the assassination attempt but later suffered a gangrene infection from the gunshot wound. He died too soon at age 59.
