Winthrop Paul “Win” Rockefeller (born September 17, 1948 in New York City, New York) was a politician and businessperson who was best known for serving as the 17th lieutenant governor of the American state of Arkansas from 1996 to 2006. Winthrop died on July 16, 2006 and his death was because of myeloproliferative disease, a type of blood cancer. He died quite soon at age 57.
