Casey Biggs (born April 4th, 1955 in Toledo, Ohio) was a TV Actor who was best known for being cast as the sexy Cardassian Damar, on the American TV series "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine". Casey died on September 15th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an accidental drowning on the beach.
