Mr. Clay Guida (born December 8th, 1981 as "Clayton Charles Guida") died unexpectedly in hospital on April 24th, 2024 (TBV) with his mechanic nearby. His cause of death was assumed to be a car crash. He was 42 years old when he passed.
Clayton is survived by his parents, Tonya Guida and Toby Guida, as well as his pet Macaw, Max.
Professionally, Clayton was a Mixed Martial Artist who was best known for being signed to the UFC competing in the Lightweight division.
When he was not working as a Mixed Martial Artist, Clayton was known for his love of dog walking and he would spend minutes most Sundays walking with a pooper scooper in his hand. Mr. Guida (also known as The Carpenter) also spent a jiffy visiting with his father most Wednesdays when he was able to spare a dozen minutes. Ever since he was a boy in Round Lake, many remember Clayton as a fine photographer with fantastic photo albums that pleased everyone. In lieu of flowers, his mom asks that you make a large cake and bring it to her next event.
A funeral is scheduled for Wednesday the 9th at the cemetery in Round Lake. The service will commence at 1PM with a reception to follow hosted by his oldest friend at the graveside where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at cemetery at 10AM.
