Ms. Crystal Bernard (born September 30th, 1961 as "Crystal Lynn Bernard") died unexpectedly in Texas on January 29th, 2026 (TBV) with her remaining sister at her side. Her cause of death was reportedly a medical accident. She was 64 years old when she passed.

Crystal is survived by her parents, Gaylon and Dr. Jerry Wayne Bernard,, her siblings, sisters Scarlett Bernard, Angelique Bernard and Robyn Bernard as well as her turtle, Bella.

Professionally, Crystal was a TV Actress who was best known for her role as Helen Chapel on the endearing American TV comedy "Wings".

When she was not at work acting, Crystal was known for her love of music and she would spend minutes most weeks practicing. Ms. Bernard (the deceased) also spent a millennia visiting with her older sister most months when she was able to spare a given number of minutes. Ever since she was a girl in Garland, many remember Crystal as a sweetheart with great tales that impressed everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a heartfelt donation to the Heart Foundation in Crystal's honor.

A joyous burial is scheduled for early next month on the 1st at the pastor's house in Garland. The service will commence at noon with a reception to follow hosted by her older sister at the undertaker's where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at crematorium at 1PM.
