Cesar Romero (born February 15th, 1907 in New York City, New York) was a Film Actor who was best known for being playing many nasty villains in movies. Cesar died on January 1st, 1994 and her death was possibly because of complications of a blood clot while being treated for bronchitis and pneumonia. He died at the age of 86 years old.
