Sean Morton Downey Jr. (born December 9, 1932 in Los Angeles, California) was a talk show host and film actor who was best known for hosting the "trash TV" format in the late-1980s on his program, “The Morton Downey Jr. Show.” Morton died on March 12, 2001 and his death was because of lung cancer and pneumonia. He died somewhat early at age 68.
