Rosemary Clooney (born May 23, 1928 in Maysville, Kentucky) was a singer and film actress who come to prominence singing the song "Come On-a My House” in the early 1950s. That song was followed shortly after by other popular music ditties as "Botch-a-Me,” "Mambo Italiano", "Tenderly,” "Half as Much,” "Hey There,” "This Ole House,” and "Sway”. Rosemary died on June 29, 2002 and her death was because of lung cancer. She died at age 74.
