Ruth Elizabeth Warrick (born June 29, 1916 in Saint Joseph, Missouri) was a singer, film actress, and activist who was best known for her role as Phoebe Tyler Wallingford on the American TV series, “All My Children.” Ruth died on January 15, 2005 and her death was because of pneumonia. She died at age 88.
