Christopher Lee Pettiet (born February 12, 1976 in Plano, Texas) was a TV actor and film actor who was best known for playing Zach Crandell in the 1991 cult comedy film, “Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead.” Christopher died on April 12, 2000 and his death was reportedly because of an accidental overdose on cocaine, propoxyphene, and diazepam. He died very young at 24 years old.
