Jack London (born January 12, 1876 in San Francisco, California) was an author, novelist, and journalist who was best known for writing famous books, “The Call of the Wild” (1903) and “White Fang” (1906). Jack died on November 22, 1916 and his death was reportedly because of kidney failure, mostly caused by uremic poisoning. He died quite young at age 40.
