Philip Thomas (born May 26th, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio) was a TV Actor who was best known for playing Ricardo Tubbs on the hit 1980s American TV series "Miami Vice". Philip died on March 16th, 2026 (TBV) and his death may have been because of a choking. He was 76 years old.
